Unit:
Patient Care Coordinator - PCU
Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Director of Patient Services, coordinates patient care and staffing needs for assigned area(s). Ensures that patient care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts and ANA Standards of Practice, and the generic and unit structure standards. Manages resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Two years of PCU nursing experience
- Proven leadership skills
