Director of Women's Services
The Director must be able to provide leadership and direction to the department, oversee financial management of the department, manage department personnel, establish and maintain effective communication, direct the performance improvement activities of the department, maintain a safe department work environment, possess skills and knowledge to sustain and evaluate clinical competence in caring for the specific age and type of population served.
Director is responsible for all services provided by the Center for Women's Health which includes the following: L&D, Post-Partum, Mother/Baby, Nursery and Level II NICU.
Requirements:
BSN required, Master's preferred.
Minimum of 3 years previous Director of Women's Services experience.
BLS & NRP
KY Nursing License
